Dibetts' project invited the addressee to send the right side of the bulletin to Art & Project upon which “...each returned bulletin will be marked on the world map by a straight line from your home to Amsterdam.” This copy is addressed to Martin and Mia Visser. The right side is missing…cut and sent to Dibbets per the instructions.
Martin Visser (1922- 2009) was a renowned furniture designer and driving force behind the Visser collection. Over the course of thirty years, Martin and his first wife Mia (who died in 1977) and brother Geertjan Visser acquired many works by now established names of the neo-avant-garde, at an early stage in their careers. After Mia's death Martin continued to build his collection with his second wife centering on key figures of the postmodern era.
