Hungarian Géza Perneczky is an art historian, writer and conceptual artist who is part of the Hungarian Neo-Avant-Garde. In 1970 Perneczky emigrated to Cologne, where he lives and works today. Perneczky is recognized on the international art scene as one of the founders of the post-fluxus mail art movement, a movement which has also helped define the character of his conceptual works.
